Eid al-Fitr
Ramadan is a holy month in the Islamic calendar, which is observed by Muslims worldwide. It is a time of spiritual reflection, self-improvement, and increased devotion to worship. The month-long fast during daylight hours is one of the five pillars of Islam and culminates in the celebration of Eid al-Fitr.
During this special month, Muslims abstain from food, drink, smoking, and other physical desires from sunrise to sunset. This practice not only promotes humility and discipline but also encourages empathy for those less fortunate who may go without food every day. It is a reminder to be grateful for all blessings in life.
