Enrolment Policy
Welcome to My Dream Australian Academy (MDAA). We are honoured that you are
considering our school for your child’s educational journey. Our enrolment process is
designed to be transparent, supportive, and fair for all families.
1. About Our School
MDAA is an independent Islamic school dedicated to nurturing students academically,
spiritually, and socially. We welcome students from all backgrounds and aim to provide a
safe, respectful, and inspiring learning environment.
2. Who Can Apply?
We consider each application carefully, looking at: student needs, previous school reports,
available places, sibling enrolments, commitment to school values, and fee obligations.
3. Enrolment Process – Step by Step
• Submit an application and required documents.
• Entrance assessment.
• Parent & student interview.
• Offer of Enrolment.
• Orientation Day.
4. Attendance & Conduct
Students must attend daily unless sick or approved for leave. We expect respectful
behaviour, correct uniform, and responsible device use. Parents should support school
policies and keep information updated.
5. Fees & Payments
Fees are billed annually and paid per term. A full term’s notice is required for withdrawal.
Families facing financial difficulty should contact the Principal early.
6. Health & Safety
Parents must provide accurate medical information. The school may seek emergency
treatment if required.
7. Activities & Excursions
By enrolling, parents consent to their child participating in excursions, camps, and school
programs.
8. Publishing Student Images
Student photos or work may be used for school newsletters, websites, or publications
unless parents opt out in writing.
9. Continuing Enrolment
Enrolment is reviewed annually based on attendance, behaviour, engagement, and policy
adherence.
10. Suspension or Termination
Enrolment may be suspended or cancelled for serious behaviour issues, unpaid fees,
withheld information, or policy breaches.
11. Policy Updates
The school may update enrolment terms with written notice to families.
